Here, perhaps, are likely Four Stages of the Spirit:
1. First we recognise our link to Spirit is rusty
2. Then we begin to clean our link
3. Then we learn how to utilise, and manipulate, our connection
4. Then we learn to accept Spirit... and flow.

connection to the spirit is EVERYTHING. It empowers our ideas, our dreams, our motivations, our loves. The stronger the link, the stronger the connection to Source.
daily practice strengthens and enhances the conduit.
