Is It Raining Aliens?

I thought this was interesting, especially for those who never ridiculed the theory of panspermia, or life being seeded on Earth from microbes and bacteria from space. A recent article titled 'Is It Raining Aliens?' notes how:

"In April, Louis, a solid-state physicist at Mahatma Gandhi University, published a paper in the prestigious peer-reviewed journal Astrophysics and Space Science in which he hypothesizes that the samples—water taken from the mysterious blood-colored showers that fell sporadically across Louis’s home state of Kerala in the summer of 2001—contain microbes from outer space.

Specifically, Louis has isolated strange, thick-walled, red-tinted cell-like structures about 10 microns in size. Stranger still, dozens of his experiments suggest that the particles may lack DNA yet still reproduce plentifully, even in water superheated to nearly 600?F. (The known upper limit for life in water is about 250?F.) So how to explain them? Louis speculates that the particles could be extraterrestrial bacteria adapted to the harsh conditions of space and that the microbes hitched a ride on a comet or meteorite that later broke apart in the upper atmosphere and mixed with rain clouds above India. If his theory proves correct, the cells would be the first confirmed evidence of alien life and, as such, could yield tantalizing new clues to the origins of life on Earth."

What is so incredulous about panspermia...?? Interested people should read Francis Crick's seminal work 'Life Itself'

Cool...I remember hearing that scientists found a layer of red silt seemingly deposited about every 3600 years or so, if I remember correctly...not to go weird on you but have you read up on Nibiru, the supposed 10th planet, supposedly comes around about that often and will trail red dust? Anyway, just a thought...

Hi A.V. - interesting similarity to the Nibiru Affect... I know generally about the 10/12th Planet theories - although havent followed up closely on Sitchin's work - yet I like to keep my nose into those ideas ;-) (A copy of 'The Gods of Eden' fell on my doorstep this morning though...)

Currently reading Laszlo's 'Chaos Point' - so I'm not sure which will come first: the Tipping Point, Planet X, galactic centre gamma explosions, or HAARP induced upheavals...! Any pointers? :-O

I was just skimming The Rainbow and the Worm looking for "imaginal cells" (thinking Jean Houston had connected the two)when I googled "imaginal cells" + Ho and got your blog entry of a couple of years ago. The connection here is her holographic liquid crystal memory idea that an egg from a mother remembers the "whole" of the adult and from that memory recreates the whole. In reading that, I thought extra-terrestrial beings indeed could have seeded (egged) the early earth and that the eggs not only carried the memory of life, but of a whole and coherent gaia organism with fully evolved humans or whatever comes next. Great to connect with your site. I just became a blogger two days ago.

Hi Dick - Welcome to the Blogosphere and good luck on your future blogging.

And thanks to Google that you can find entries after several years by only a few words. Yes - imaginal cells + Ho's work on quantum coherence and liquid crystal very much rely upon the holographic field theory of the body, and that the DNA is in continal communication with the whole of the body as well as the 'part' containing the information for the 'whole' - see also Emoto's 'The Secret Life of Water' - and his latest work - on how water molecules also contain information from their origins. You might be interested in 'Quantum Evolution' by Johnjoe McFadden. I've looked into quantum coherence and it seems that the life-field requires harmonic resonance for unity. This relates well with past teachings and harmonic convergences - also with shamanic teachings (see Jeremy Narby's 'The Cosmic Serpent'.

In life being seeded off-world, then this would comply with humans being created 'in God's image' as the information field will have been continuous. After all - we also contain the memory of supernovas if we recognise that our atoms contain their molecular historical-memory?

In the end - everything connects. And this is the beauty of it all!
