Raymond Bernard

Raymond Bernard, once Head of the Rosicrucian Order AMORC, retells an interesting series of 'strange encounters' during his life where he met with representatives of certain knowledge. He says of his writings on this:

The fundamental purpose of this manuscript is to transmit knowledge of certain subjects of the mystical tradition, which now-a-days, particularly in France, continues to exercise a strong attraction upon those interested in the great questions beyond the limits of those nonsensical items recorded in the popular press. To be convinced of this, notice the considerable success of the books dealing with these subjects among the general public. Most of these books do not rest upon any foundation. They do not have any basis of TRUTH for meditation and reflection, and they lead their readers towards false and even dangerous conclusions.

And so Bernard's narrative of his strange encounters start here

The Greenbaum Speech

I just thought I'd make mention and link to the now famous lecture given by D. C. Hammond at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, Thursday June 25, 1992. It's original title is "Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse," yet it's now usually known as the "Greenbaum Speech" - very revealing, especially from a 'sober' academic - read the Greenbaum Speech here. This gives a good background to the subject, from its earlier days as described in the occult The Malleus Maleficarum

Also of related interest: a lecture given by Dr. Alan Scheflin called 'The History of Mind Control:What we can prove and what we can't'

Last link here: for those interested in the work of Jose Delgado, here is a site where you can download most of the complete chapters on Delgado's "Physical Control of the Mind"

In all of this, remember that knowledge and awareness is the greatest tool. Compassion our energy...

Reading People's Intentions

Yes - socio-technics are moving from social conditioning via behavourism to pre-cognition of a person's intentions: eerily echoing both Orwell's Thought Police and Dick's Pre-Cogs. This Guardian article - The brain scan that can read people's intentions -

A team of world-leading neuroscientists has developed a powerful technique that allows them to look deep inside a person's brain and read their intentions before they act.

The research breaks controversial new ground in scientists' ability to probe people's minds and eavesdrop on their thoughts, and raises serious ethical issues over how brain-reading technology may be used in the future

This research is a later development from the work of Dr José Manuel Rodriguez Delgado who stated that "brain transmitters can remain in a person's head for life. The energy to activate the brain transmitter is transmitted by way of radio frequencies."

I would recommend a look at Delgado's work in:

Spirituality & Technology

The relationship between spirituality and technology has been a focus, interest, and concern of mine over the years... how can they be intertwined? Should they be? Technology is a tool for both development and torture, a Damocles Sword hanging by a thread...

I have done much reading on the Global Brain concept, including much on evolutionary theories.

The Internet has been an agora - a meeting place - for evolutionary debates, ranging from Teilhard de Chardin to Hans Moravec... from Aurobindo's collective super-intelligence to Transhumanist's uploading...

Anyway, a brief yet readable overview on this subject has been written as an article by Michel Bauwens - published in First Monday as 'Spirituality & Technology: Exploring the Relationship'; and on the alternative Buddhist journal CyberSangha as 'Electric Gaia: Technology and Spirituality'

Also worth considering is dipping into these pages on:

Just thought I'd mention them...!

The New Apollo Program

Brian O'Leary was a NASA scientist-astronaut, assistant professor of astronomy at Cornell University alongside Carl Sagan, and has also taught Physics for Poets and Princeton University (see bio) who over the past twenty years has researched, lectured and written extensively about new paradigms of science and global transformation.

His most recent book Re-Inheriting the Earth describes how we can lift out of ourselves out of our current path of global destruction. Much of his work is based on extensive international travels to some of the best and brightest researchers of new science, new medicine and "free" energy.

He goes on to say:

I asked, "How can the scientific method be applied to studying experiences such as psychic healing, transcendental consciousness, survival after death, communication with nonhuman intelligence, crop circles, and many other things that demand unbiased examination?" I was at first surprised to discover that these fields were scientifically further developed than I had imagined, but none of them had yet been integrated into the mainstream. Some of them had, in fact, been suppressed...

...My current passion is to release our enormous human potential to balance the Earth's environment. This massive task needn't neccessarily force us to immediately adopt radical new technologies before they are thoroughly researched and debated. Free energy is a dramatic example of what could be done to transcend our polluting ways, but we will need to learn to use this resource wisely. Just in case this is abused by military interests, I would go for low technology solutions as backup, for example, hemp biomass, solar, and wind power.

Read more here.

Brian O'Leary has also written on Re-Inheriting the Earth: The Narrowing of the Energy Policy Debate and How We Must Transcend it - importantly he is also a co-director of the New Energy Movement whose mission is to:

The New Energy Movement acts to promote the rapid widespread deployment of advanced, clean, and sustainable energy sources across our imperiled planet. This transformation in the way our civilization generates and uses energy provides the best physical means to protect the biosphere, remediate ecological damage, and enhance the health and well-being of the global human family.

The New Energy Movement's major priority is to educate the public, policymakers, and investors about the need to support research, development, and use of zero-point energy, magnetic generators, advanced hydrogen processes, and other little-known powerful energy technologies now emerging from inventors and scientists all over the world.

The Schumann Resonance

I was recently thinking about the different brain states we pass through during an average day - from waking up, to early attempts to focus ourselves, to creative moments, to relaxation (or stress!), to meditation, to sleep, to deep dreaming - the human brain states have been characterised as four types: delta, theta, alpha, beta.

This got me thinking about what I had heard some time back about the Schumann resonances, which are the spectrum of the natural Earth ELF (extremely low frequency) signals that pulsate between the Earth's crust and ionosphere, and which share some frequencies with our own little human brain. I remember reading about this in Itzhak Bentov's 'Stalking the Wild Pendulum' - a book that I had enjoyed albeit with some reservations about the eagerness of the author and his writing...

Anyway, as I am interested in the effects of electromagnetism (EM) on the human mind + body I was reminded also that this ELF correspondence can be used for understandings in human health.

There is a worthwhile article titled 'The Schumann Resonances and Human Psychobiology' that addresses this idea:

As human beings we have extraordinary potentials we have hardly begun to study, much less understand. Creative gifts, intuitions and talents that are unpredictable or emergent may become stabilised in generations to come. Hopefully, we can learn to understand both our emergence from an essentially electromagnetic environment and facilitate our potential for healing, growth and non-local communication.

Past Conversations

Now and again I like to browse through some of the past archives of this blog, especially since I've been writing since March 2003...yep, nearly 4 years old!

Here are a couple of posts from October 2004:

Thought creates Experience: Experience creates Reality

To begin the small step of integrating one's thoughts into our everyday experiences, it is a recommended practice to start each day with an affirmed Intention: each morning, state to yourself what you wish to get out of the day; dispel fears, anxieties, and doubts. Focus only on the positive, and know that the reality you experience around you may not necessarily be the one most helpful to you. So don't swallow it - take what it useful and block the rest.

What you allow in, is your choice. It is always your choice. Treat your consciousness with kindness. Be a conscious part of your own reality by inner faith in who you are, what you are doing, and what you want to achieve - let the mind work on the rest...

Wednesday, October 20, 2004

It is worth remembering that:

"To the empowering principle that the people can withhold legitimacy, and thus change the world, we now add another:by deliberately changing their internal images of reality, people can change the world."

This concerns the idea of our legitimacy. What we think, how we think, and the beliefs that we choose to adapt are of crucial importance not only for us but for those around us since what we 'give off' in terms of attraction, vibes, or energy (whatever you wish to name it) influences the immediate surroundings, and the events and emotions that inhabit those surroundings.

Do we really wish to give-out our legitimacy so easily - this refers to our opinions, agreements, and support. Those in governing positions are constantly vying for our legitimate support - and never more so before a general election! They think we are stupid, so they clamour for our support with stupid fictions and deceit. Why give away your personal beliefs so easily. Our beliefs, perceptions, and state of mind are crucial for how we understand the world around us, and how that world performs for us. To give away our right and legitimacy over our sense of reality is to buy into the belief systems of others who are, more often that not, wishing to take our support/opinions in order to foster their own position of control.

We are sovereign to ourselves: we need to think, act, and have the correct intentions for our own lives, and not to have fear over a sense of inner belief, whatever the pressure from outside banal forms of social consensus.

Begin each day with your own personal self-affirmations. Act in balance with your own personal intentions.

What Can Be Done

Recently I mentioned that Montalk had self-published his book both as print and as a free online e-book. Having finished reading it I can say it is a very clear exposition for a reader wanting the basics in 'fringe knowledge' on esoteric matters dealing with issues of an arcane nature. Here is an extract, near to the end of the book:

Good news is that some people are waking up, finding themselves in situations similar to your own. On the other hand, lots of people are also shriveling up spiritually, becoming increasingly empty and bitter. So remember that because “saving the world” requires that people save themselves, only the willing can be assisted. There is no point in getting stubbornly frustrated with the rejection and ridicule you might face from those not ready or willing to expand their minds.

The surest way to work for the betterment of mankind is to improve yourself, educate yourself, become aware and skilled at delivering that awareness to others who are interested. It’s more about building up your potential to serve than just going out there and haphazardly trying to do good. The actual opportunities to “do something” happen when they happen—you’ll be inspired with a good idea and your situation will coincidentally be in the right state for you to carry it out. In the meantime, prepare. Improving yourself means becoming ever more mentally stable and emotionally balanced, acquiring wisdom from observation and experience, taking great care to deal with people according to their level of understanding. Educating yourself means learning more about what really matters, what is really going on in this world and within yourself, the hidden things that manipulate people that could be stopped if only they knew about it, and the positive principles that if known and applied would allow one to progress more intelligently and powerfully yet compassionately through life.

What Can Be Done

As you continue your research, there is only so much you can learn about the rampant corruption, injustice, and exploitation in this world before you start itching to “do something” about these problems. Perhaps you get frustrated that more people aren’t seeing the truth, or that those who do are not taking more action. All this reading, networking, and talking may seem like an ineffective use of time when the world appears to be burning down before our eyes and action is needed now. It is this impatient attitude that leads to energy wasted in frustration, haste, and self-sabotage. Be wise and remember that preparation and timing are keys to effective action, and that timing is decided by factors not always under your control. Acting prematurely misses the mark just as much as procrastination.

As Montalk finally reminds the reader (importantly!) -

...When you lift yourself, you lift the world in an indirect but significant manner.

Begin with one's self - positive self development, with knowledge and not ignorance nor distraction.

Mind Games

Journalist Sharon Weinberger, who is also editor of Defense Technology International has written an illuminating cover article for the Washington Post titled 'Mind Games' which takes a credible look at those people who call themselves Targeted Individuals (TIs) of covert government mind surveillance. It follows the story of Harlan Girard who has considered himself as a target for mind weapons since the 1980s - and examines some of the background to military involvement in the patents of microwave weaponry - or EM Weapons.

Six months after the voices began, they had another question for him: "Mr. Girard, Mr. Girard. Why aren't you dead yet?" At first, he recalls, the voices would speak just two or three times a day, but it escalated into a near-constant cacophony, often accompanied by severe pain all over his body -- which Girard now attributes to directed-energy weapons that can shoot invisible beams.

Having also read some background into this subject I would caution the reader not to dismiss the possibility too easily...

Possibilities of Progress

I have often remarked upon traits of technological progress. Well, humanity cannot separate from technology: fire was an early technology. Biological humans and our symbiotic relationship with the world around us is itself a technological relationship, whether with microchips or charcoal...

And now more developed forms of technology are accelerating this symbiotic marriage: whilst I may come across as a 'Technological Singularity-ist' I am perhaps more of a 'Spiritual Singularity-ist' - and the line that converges them is where I find the problematique of interest - the wisdom to steer our symbiotic humanity into evolved stages.

Author and thinker David Brin has a worthwhile essay on this subject called 'SINGULARITIES AND NIGHTMARES: EXTREMES OF OPTIMISM AND PESSIMISM ABOUT THE HUMAN FUTURE' which takes a balanced look at several positions concerning human progress and evolution, and addresses the scenarios and possibilities. Well-worth a browse...

Beginning Reads...

Ah...its good to be back 'in the world, yet not of the world' - once more immersed into the physical map of this world. Yet important to remember that 'the menu is not the meal' - as Robert Anton Wilson used to always remind...

Got a load of books to get through (and I'm not even going to mention the ones for my 'work' side) - I'm now, rather late, onto the 5th Dune book in the phenomenal Frank Herbert series... and look forward to also getting further along Scott Orson Card's Ender Series. A wonderful read over this period has been Mark Hedsel's The Zelator - a detailed hermetic autobiography. Simply great. I'm also waiting to begin Nicholas Hagger's The Syndicate - Hagger's previous book - The Secret History of the West: The Influence of Secret Organisations on Western History from the Renaissance to the 20th Century - was a monumental treatise on the detailed esoteric historical interventions.

And another important read of the beginning of 2007 must be from friend Tom Montalk who has self-published his book 'Fringe Knowledge for Beginners' which is also kindly offered as a free download e-book. Thanks Tom!

Now for that accompanying glass of wine...

Into 2007

2007 promises to be a year of great change... both for better and for worse...

Whilst there is great upheaval taking place on the earth; tremendous suffering and outrage; and whilst there is great wrong being conducted through human greed and lust - these are not the only changes.

Humanity is changing. It may not be obvious, but we are. We are also amidst major natural earth changes and disruptions. Despite all this I remain optimistic.

No actions, thoughts, or words go unheeded. Neither do they go without consequence.

Each individual acts as a mirror to the macrocosmos and microcosmos.

In All and Everything, the human spirit must prevail. It must recognise its eternal nature, and not allow itself to be sunken in the swamp of negativity.

I will be away for several days - I wish everyone a Healthy & Happy New Year -

May 2007 make us stronger...

A Dystopian Future?

Well, I've re-connected to the Web: isn't it good to take a few days off? Must we live a 24/7 connected culture? There is much to be said about breathing a few deep breaths of fresh air and being dis-connected from everything except your self...

Yet will the future allow such a possibility? Must technology really take us down some dystopian path...like a double-edged sword it can both enhance and entrap. Yet these are old debates: what is happening though is an acceleration in technological possibilities that are outstripping the spiritual, ethical, and mindful leadership that humans are employing to oversee the technology. Never deny ourselves; we hold the key.

This article titled 'One generation is all they need' is by an associate professor of criminology and discusses human implanting and chipping in a very realistic way:

'By the time my four-year-old son is swathed in the soft flesh of old age, he will likely find it unremarkable that he and almost everyone he knows will be permanently implanted with a microchip. Automatically tracking his location in real time, it will connect him with databases monitoring and recording his smallest behavioural traits. '

There should be no fear of freedom or human apathy. We make the choices and walk the Way.

May 2007 bring us all Health, Happiness, Spirit, Wisdom, and Compassion.

The Occult Technology of Power

There are a couple of essays recently posted that I would like to point to... as they are both worth reading, for their own different reasons.

First is called 'The Occult Technology of Power' - and which discusses some of the economic flows within particular power structures.

Second is 'Advice for Newbies' from Tom Montalk where he talks about where to start when entering the fray.

Finally, I would like to send out a recommended read - 'Hidden Truth: Forbidden Knowledge' by Steven Greer. Controversial - yet important things are said.

Next Froniter - The Space Race is Heating Up

I've said a few things about the way the US military-industrial complex is weaving its technotronic web over terrestrial affairs. The plan is to have a fully weaponised satellite war-machine in place in orbit over Earth. So if there is little chance at soul-constraint, they'll go for the physical jugular.

Latest news on this - an article in The Washington Times called 'U.S. to defend space with military force':

The United States will use military force in space to protect satellites and other space systems from attack by hostile states or terrorists, the Bush administration's senior arms-control official said yesterday...

"If these rights are not respected, the United States has the same full range of options -- from diplomatic to military -- to protect its space assets as it has to protect its other critical assets," he said. "There is also a broad range of means, both passive and active, by which space assets may be protected or the effects of the loss of their services minimized," he said.'

Well - I guess that says enough. Anyone trespassing in space is a rogue entity - and that goes for both terrestrial and non-terrestrial entities. Space is for US control only... they wish...

Brain Fingerprinting...?

Yes - another way to tap into the human consciousness artificially. It is the realm that contains a possibility for transcendence - so also must it be a target for containment.

A new 'science' that has been used by state authorities is Brain Fingerprinting:

'The Brain Fingerprinting® testing system detects information directly on the basis of the electrophysiological manifestations of information processing brain activity, measured non-invasively from the scalp with MERA (multifaceted electroencephalographic response analysis). Brain Fingerprinting testing depends only on brain information processing and responses to specific stimuli. It does not depend on the emotional response of the subject and is not subject to control or manipulation by the person being tested.'

In more scary terms it claims to be applicable for counterterrorism in that 'we' need to know who is a terrorist or spy - but not to worry, brain fingerprinting will tell you!

'How do we determine if a person is a terrorist or spy? There is a new technology, that for the first time, allows us to measure scientifically if specific information is stored in a person’s brain. Brain Fingerprinting technology can determine the presence or absence of specific information, such as terrorist training and associations. This exciting new technology can help address the following critical elements in the fight against terrorism'

The more one develops their consciousness and level of mind - to put it very crudely - the greater steps will be taken to resist such materialistic acts of psychological containment and warfare against the spirit.

Powerful Magnetic Storm

It seems that the sun has been very active recently, and is emitting powerful electromagnetic energy that may affect people and systems here on earth. According to Russian scientists:

'The largest electromagnetic energy emission in the last 30 years has been recorded on the Sun, the Shernberg State Astronomy Institute said on Thursday. This energy outburst may damage equipment of space satellites, the scientists say. Doctors warn that the emission is dangerous for those afflicted with cardiovascular illnesses as well as for healthy people...

The Sun’s electromagnetic anomaly has not reached the Earth yet. However, the Earth is expected to reach the sunspots quite soon. The encounter may happen this weekend, scientists at the Shternberg Astronomy Institute report. Igor Nikulin says: “If the area of the sunspots does not diminish in three or four days and the emissions continue, it may have a serious influence on the magnetic field of the Earth.” A cloud of hot plasma from the sunspots will make the Earth’s magnetic field vibrate and will cause a powerful magnetic storm.”'

Risking Human Extinction

Risking Human Extinction is an essay worth reading from the Lifeboat Foundation - specifically from its Scientific Advisory Board member John Leslie.

ABSTRACT

Of all humans so far, roughly ten per cent are alive with you and me. If human extinction occurred soon, our position in population history would have been fairly ordinary. But if, in contrast, humankind survived for many more centuries, perhaps colonizing the galaxy, then we could easily be among the earliest 0.001 per cent of all humans who will ever have lived. This could seem a very surprising position to be in — a point which is crucial to a "doomsday argument" originated by the cosmologist Brandon Carter.

People who accept the argument, even in a weakened form which takes account of the fact that the world is probably indeterministic, will re-estimate the size of the threats to humankind, showing increased reluctance to believe that humans will survive for very long.

Possible threats include nuclear and biological warfare; ozone layer destruction; greenhouse warming of a runaway kind; an environmental crisis caused by overpopulation; new diseases; disasters from genetic engineering or from nanotechnology; computers replacing humans entirely, as some people think would be desirable; the upsetting of a space-filling scalar field through an experiment at very high energies, as discussed in a recent book by England's Astronomer Royal; and even the arguments of the many philosophers who see no duty to keep the human race in existence. But despite all such dangers and despite Carter's disturbing argument, humans may well have a good chance of surviving the next five centuries.

Disclosure - Information they don't want you to know...

The Disclosure Project is a nonprofit research project working to fully disclose facts that have been deliberately covered up inside the very highest ranks of the Intelligence Communities: such facts as extraterrestrial intelligence, and classified advanced energy and propulsion systems.

The Disclosure Project has collected the testimonies from over 400 government, military, and intelligence community witnesses testifying to their direct, personal, first hand experience with black operations and buried information.

I would recommend watching the 2 DVDs that show some of these witnesses, available as separate downloads from Google Video:

Disclosure One

Disclosure Two

Also related is the Disclosure parallel project called Space Energy Access Systems, Inc. (SEAS)

SEAS is 'in the process of identifying and testing new technologies that claim to be "over unity"; that is, they put out more electric power than is required to operate. It is our goal, utilizing a unique strategic approach, to bring forth these new environmentally sound technologies to replace virtually all fossil fuel, internal combustion and ionizing nuclear technologies within 20-30 years.'
